Leadership
Leadership is just another word for initiative. And at Klai Juba Wald, each team member brings his or her own unique level of expertise to every job, no matter what their role, no matter what the job. It all begins with our principals, or course – John Klai, Dan Juba, and John Wald. But it extends beyond them to our six associates, whose undeniable talent results from the initiative they take at work, at home, no matter when they are.
At Klai Juba Wald, leadership is all about taking lead. And as a leader what you’re expected to give is your best.
